Our LEGO Robotics Program offers an engaging and educational experience for students from grades 1 to 6. Students will develop critical thinking, coding, and design skills through hands-on STEAM learning and the latest LEGO SPIKE System. Younger students (grades 1-3) will focus on creativity, problem-solving, and computational thinking, building and modifying projects to solve real-life problems. Older students (grades 4-6) will delve deeper into robotics, exploring text-based coding with Python and tackling complex challenges.

LEGO ROBOTICS FOR
DIFFERENT AGES

Our LEGO Robotics Program engages students from grades 1 to 6 in hands-on STEAM learning with the latest LEGO SPIKE System. Grades 1-3 focus on creativity and problem-solving with simple projects, while grades 4-6 explore advanced robotics and Python coding to tackle complex challenges. This program encourages playful learning, fostering independent STEAM thinkers equipped to navigate and solve future challenges.

Grade 1-3

Course Description

  • Discover coding and engineering with LEGO SPIKE Essential. Build and program moving, sound-making LEGO structures! The playful learning experience encourages students to foster STEAM skills, literacy, math, and social-emotional growth.

Program Outcomes

  • Develop creativity, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills.
  • Design, build and modify projects aimed for solving real-life problems with relatable themes.
  • Foster student's independence as STEAM thinkers.

Grade 4-6

Course Description

  • Jump into the world of coding and engineering with the LEGO SPIKE Prime Set, students will create one-of-a-kind projects with motors, gears, and sensors, learning about electricity, coding, and problem-solving as they tackle real-life challenges. 

Program Outcomes

  • Experiment and develop critical thinking, coding, and design skills through hands-on STEAM learning and robotics using the latest LEGO SPIKE System.
  • Design, build, and modify projects to solve real-life problems through playful learning activities to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Explore text-based coding with Python and unlock limitless creative design possibilities.
